Lucci Lux is committed to exchanging any product that arrives damaged during shipping, or if the wrong fragrance or size was sent. Exchanges will only be processed upon the return of the original item. After receiving the return, it will take 3-5 business days to ship the exchange. A return label will be emailed to you for the return process.

In cases where a customer did not receive their package, or if the package was lost or stolen, Lucci Lux will send an exact replacement of the original order.
